Scenario
After being resurrected by an evil entity, Art the Clown returns to the spooky town of Miles County, where he targets a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. The Haunted House was filmed in an actual haunted house called the Fright Factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Art’s favorite acid is fluoroantimonic acid, which he keeps in a clean glass bottle. It is a super acid that can even dissolve glass.
Art the Clown:
There is a scene in a mental hospital with Chris Jericho as a security guard, Alan Burke and Leah Voyce as a nurse. Approximately your "not under 18 years of age" A three-minute rating to secure (this was necessary as guidelines for video releases were stricter than in theaters). Basically every scene of violence was shortened to reduce the violence. 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Mediabook releases untitled media completely uncut and received a light nod from SPIO/JK.

The acting is terrible and there is almost no plot
After about an hour I couldn’t wait for it to be over. Art The Clown looks great and has some sneaky mob scenes, but that’s literally it. This movie just consists of a killer clown running around killing people. I don’t understand why people love these movies so much.
Don’t get me wrong!
I love horror movies as much as the next person, but some of these kill scenes are way over the top. You have to be a little sad to face these things. At the end of the day, it’s just an expensive movie. 5 stars.
