Writing Work – How To Get Your First Writing Job
In order to succeed, you need to talk to people every day, and you need to MASTER getting people to evaluate what you have. But in order to do it well, you have to sincerely feel that you don’t care if they do it or not. Just get good at asking people to look.every day. And that can be on online presentation (my preference) or a live meeting. They both work.
And in this case the place we’re talking about is your writing place. Writing doesn’t take a lot of equipment and tools but it does take some. After completion of my first draft I will check all my spelling with a spell checker and occasionally through the use of a physical dictionary. With the spelling complete, I next move on to arranging my ideas in a logical manner. I ask myself does this sentence fit here? Should this sentence go elsewhere? This is where I eliminate some of the garbage that I initially typed in. I finally read over my work and replace words that I feel do not portray my meaning properly. For instance, I write my Blog posts and my articles on the computer where I can stop and research a topic on the internet. However, when I journal, my choice is to write by hand. There is something about putting my emotions down with pen and paper. I feel I get more personal with my thoughts.
There is also a „Philosophy“ about how we approach the business. One considers repairing the home to be the real meat of flipping houses. Another considers the marketing as the most vital stage. And another sees the negotiation of the sale to be the biggest battle. You might look at flipping houses as an excellent use of your gifts to give back to your fellow man in better neighborhoods, and better lives. Or you might see the business as the best way of providing for those whom you love, whether it’s your favorite work or not. Or, you might see the business as the most fun you could possibly have and still get paid.
The fitness philosophy – of exercising and eating sensibly – is based on fundamental principles. It takes into consideration the eternal nature of a human being, the laws of Nature that work within the body and mind. And It works because its nature is not a stop-and-go method but a continuous stream flowing through your lifetime. Just as the rivers flow endlessly and tirelessly through the length and breadth of our country. It works because it is in rhythm with the very principles of Nature that rule the world. It calls on our individual inner power to synchronlse with our outer surroundings aod makes us whole.
Nietzche asks us to consider where morality actually came from -its genealogy. He tells us a parable of hawks and sheep. The sheep are mostly helpless, vulnerable, and herd together out of the need to survive. The hawks are powerful. They fly, hunt, and eat all by instinct and impulse. Frequently, the hawks fly down and overtake a sheep to eat it. The sheep see their fellows being eaten. They declare the hawks „evil“ and their own weaknesses and passivity as „good.“ Neitzche calls this „herd morality.“ The hawks do not call themselves evil, but they do not call themselves good. They might not call themselves anything at all. They are simply powerful, and they don’t seem to mind.
You might be surprised at what the above exercises reveal. Option 1 is special in that it allows your subconscious to take the stage-there’s no time for the picky parts of the conscious mind to censor what you write. Option 2 may make you aware of parts of yourself that don’t always get much attention.
For the best results, keep referring back to these eight tips throughout your writing project. For example, if you feel uninspired, see if changing your writing setting helps. Or if you catch yourself wondering why you started this project, revisit your purpose. Each time you use these eight writing process techniques, you gain clarity and insight which ease the flow of your writing project to successful completion.
